Terms of Use

Terms governing use of Yondelo, including property information, listing media, artificial intelligence, third-party sources, accounts and mobile applications.

Last updated: 17 September 2026Website + iOS + Android
1. The Service

Property search and discovery

Yondelo provides tools for discovering, searching, comparing and saving property information. The Service may include information obtained from third-party property websites, advertisers, public sources and users or businesses that provide information directly to us.

Unless expressly stated for a particular service, Yondelo is not acting as the estate agent, seller, landlord, buyer, tenant, valuer, lender, lawyer or financial adviser for a property shown on the Service.

2. Listing information

Sources, accuracy and availability

Property listings can change quickly. Prices, availability, measurements, descriptions, agent details, photographs, videos and other information may be incomplete, delayed, duplicated, inaccurate or no longer current. Information is provided for property-discovery and reference purposes and should be independently verified with the originating advertiser or other authoritative source before you act on it.

Listing media obtained from third-party sources may have been edited, enhanced, virtually staged or generated using digital or artificial-intelligence tools without our involvement or knowledge. Where an original-listing link is available, the originating listing should be consulted for the advertiser’s latest information and any media disclosures.

Yondelo uses reasonable best efforts to identify listing images that appear to have been generated or materially altered using artificial intelligence and, where identified, to flag them accordingly. Detection may rely on source disclosures, metadata, provenance information, automated tools and manual review, and may not identify every use of AI. The absence of an AI label does not guarantee that AI has not been used.

Display of a listing or agent contact detail does not by itself imply that the advertiser is a partner of, has endorsed, or has paid Yondelo.

3. Third parties

Agents, advertisers and external websites

The Service may link to third-party websites and may allow you to call, email, message or otherwise contact an estate agent, landlord, developer or advertiser. Those third parties are independent of Yondelo unless expressly identified as a participating partner. Your dealings with them, including viewings, negotiations, payments and contracts, are between you and the relevant third party.

Third-party websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their availability, content, security or actions.

4. Accounts

Your account responsibilities

If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information, keep login credentials secure and promptly tell us if you believe the account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures.

You may request deletion of your account using the account-deletion process. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, comply with law or address material misuse.

5. Acceptable use

Using the Service responsibly

You must not use the Service to break the law, interfere with security or operation, impersonate another person or business, submit intentionally false or materially misleading information, harass others, distribute malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data. Listing content and media must also comply with the requirements in section 6 below.

6. Listing media & AI

Photographs, video, virtual staging and artificial intelligence

Advertisers, agents and other users who upload or directly supply listing media must ensure that the media is an accurate and non-misleading representation of the property being advertised and that they have all rights, permissions and consents required to publish it.

AI-generated, AI-assisted, synthetic or virtually staged media may be used only where it is not materially false or misleading. Media must not create a materially inaccurate impression of the property’s actual condition, dimensions, layout, fixtures, views, surroundings, defects, damage, amenities or other features that a prospective buyer or tenant would reasonably consider important.

Artificial intelligence or digital tools must not be used to add, remove, replace, conceal or materially alter structural features, permanent fixtures, windows, walls, doors, defects, damage, room dimensions, outlook, neighbouring buildings, landscaping or other material property characteristics in a way that could mislead a user. Virtual staging that adds, removes or changes furniture, décor or other non-permanent items may be permitted where it does not conceal or distort material features of the property and is clearly disclosed.

Where artificial intelligence has been used in creating or altering an image or video, that media must be clearly flagged as having used AI. Depending on the nature of the media, an appropriate disclosure may include “AI-generated”, “AI-assisted” or “Virtually staged”. The advertiser or person supplying the media is responsible for making this disclosure and for ensuring that it remains accurate and sufficiently prominent.

Ordinary technical processing is permitted where it does not materially change the property or create a misleading impression. Examples include cropping, straightening, resizing, compression, reasonable exposure or colour correction, noise reduction, sharpening, and blurring personal information or faces. If artificial intelligence is used as part of that processing, the media must still be flagged as having used AI.

Floorplans, architectural drawings, renovation concepts, artist impressions and other illustrative material must not be presented as unaltered photographs or videos of the property. Such material must be clearly identified as illustrative, conceptual, virtually staged or AI-generated as applicable, and must not be materially false or misleading.

Yondelo uses reasonable best efforts to identify images that have used artificial intelligence and to flag them accordingly. We may use source disclosures, metadata, provenance or content-credential information, automated detection tools and manual review. These methods are not infallible: some AI-assisted media may not be detected, and a flag may occasionally be applied where AI use is uncertain. An AI flag is a disclosure only and does not by itself mean that the media is inaccurate or that Yondelo endorses it.

We may add or correct an AI disclosure, request further information, reject, remove, restrict, reduce the visibility of, or request replacement of media that we reasonably believe is materially false or misleading, inadequately disclosed, inconsistent with the actual property, or contrary to applicable law or regulatory guidance. Repeated or serious breaches may result in listing removal or suspension or termination of account access.

Third-party sourced listings. Media obtained from an originating third-party listing may be displayed as source material even where the source has used digital enhancement or AI. Where AI use is disclosed by the source or identified by us on a best-efforts basis, we may add an AI notice or other label. Because source media and AI-detection methods are outside our full control, we cannot guarantee that every AI-generated or AI-assisted image will be identified. Users should verify the property in person and with the originating advertiser.
7. Intellectual property

Our material and third-party material

The design, software, branding and original content created by Yondelo are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Property photographs, source-site material, agency names, trade marks and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners or licensors. We do not claim ownership of third-party listing material merely because it appears in or is linked from the Service.

For non-consented aggregated listings, our presentation is intentionally limited and intended to help users discover and identify relevant properties and their originating advertisers. Enhanced or upgraded listings may contain additional content supplied or authorised by the relevant advertiser.

8. Content concerns

Copyright, correction and removal requests

If you believe listing information or material displayed through the Service infringes your rights, is attributed incorrectly, is materially inaccurate, uses misleading or synthetic media, or should no longer be indexed, please contact us with the page URL, property reference, source listing and an explanation of the issue. We may remove, disable, label, correct or investigate content while a request is assessed.

9. Paid & enhanced services

Advertisers and upgraded listings

Separate commercial terms, order details or plan conditions may apply to advertising, credits, enhanced listings or other paid services. Where an advertiser supplies or authorises content, the advertiser is responsible for having the rights, permissions and consents necessary for that content to be used as agreed and for ensuring that listing media complies with section 6.

10. No guarantee

Service availability and decisions

We work to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every listing, map location, estimate, search result, photograph, video or third-party item will be complete or error-free. Property and financial decisions should not be made solely on the basis of information displayed by the Service. Users should independently verify the property’s condition, features and surroundings and, where appropriate, inspect the property in person.

11. Mobile applications

App-store terms

If you obtain the mobile application through Apple’s App Store or Google Play, the relevant store’s terms may also apply. The app-store provider is not responsible for providing Yondelo customer support unless required by its own terms.

12. Changes

Updates to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. The current version will be published on this page with the updated date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
